This article will take you through the process required to complete the Postflight page after the flight has been completed. Certain fields are optional and may not appear with your particular operator. These will be marked as (optional).
Should for any reason you have completed the Preflight page, and you now need to cancel, you can do this by using the "Abandon Flight" option click here
1. complete Actual Arrival field if you flight has been diverted to another airport
1. Input the 4 time fields (if applicable) as you would in your paper SRP using the time selection tool. If any of your times fall across different days please see here.
2. (optional) Hobbs is input next, as read from your meter. The Departure hobbs should be automatically carried across from the previous flight.
3. The next section is cycles. Cycles can be logged according to the specific requirements of the aircraft manufacturer or operator. If no information available, one takeoff/landing is considered a cycle.
4. (optional) The MAX FL box is for the app to track UV Radiation exposure if required.
6. If defects have been found during the sector tap Add Defects and follow the instructions here. Alternatively, tick to confirm No defect were found during the sector.
7. You now have the option to add any additional attachments you feel appropriate to store with the flight.
8. Then select “Tap to Add a Signature” and this displays the PIC signature box.
9. You will now be asked if you wish to add another sector or finish the trip. If you select yes, it will take you to the Preflight section again, but with sector two under the current trip. Selecting no will now either take you to the (optional) post flight duty hours section (guide here) or the trip summary page.
