This article will take you through the process required to complete the Preflight page. The Preflight is usually completed before flight and after you've created a new trip.
If either the trip or flight has been added in error, you can opt to cancel either at any point during the Preflight.
A short video guide can be found at the bottom of the page.
1. The Preflight form is automatically displayed after trip creation. Certain fields are optional and may not appear with your particular operator. These will be marked as (optional). Additional sector can been added by tapping Add Sector
2. Select the departure and arrival airport. please note: the app will use the aerodrome the aircraft last landed at, as the start point for the trip, therefore the departure is always prefilled.
2. Selecting the arrival airport box brings up a searchable menu. Entering airport code will bring up the airport required. If you can not find the airport type ZZZZ and select Airport Missing.
3. Now you can toggle which crew member is pilot flying and pilot monitoring.
4. (optional) Passenger load selection is made up of male, female, child and infant. Baggage weight is to log the amount carried by passengers. Remember not to exceed the aircraft limitation.

7. Next is the De-Icing section, for how to complete this, please see here.
8. (Optional) Your operator may require for you to log GPU usage. Upon tapping the box you can select the amount used to the nearest 5 minutes.
