Overview:
April has brought powerful enhancements to Centrik’s Risk Register and export functionality, along with a comprehensive set of reliability and UI improvements. The new Hierarchical Tagging feature introduces structured, multi-level classification of risks—enabling targeted filtering, improved governance, and strategic insights across business units, departments, and risk types. A revamped Export Experience makes handling large PDF and Excel files more reliable, with background processing, notifications, and a central “My Downloads” area for easy access to historical exports. In addition, over 50 bug fixes address minor issues across safety, compliance, training, reporting, and UI consistency, further improving system stability, performance, and user experience. Together, these updates deliver greater clarity, control, and efficiency for operational risk and compliance management.

1. Hierarchical Tagging in Risk Register
We’re pleased to announce a powerful enhancement to Centrik’s Risk Register: a flexible, multi-level tagging system designed to improve how risks are classified, filtered, and analysed.

2. Improved Exports
We’ve upgraded the export experience to make downloading large PDF and Excel files smoother and more reliable — especially for users working with extensive datasets.

Streamlined Large File Handling: When generating large exports, users now receive a notification as the system begins preparing the file.

Download Ready Alerts: A second notification lets users know when the file is ready for download.

My Downloads Area: Access all your export files in one place. You can re-download previously generated files without needing to repeat the export process.

CEN-30384 – Added an informational label to the safety report list filter panel to clarify available filter options for users.

CEN-30365 – Resolved an issue where some users' task lists were not loading correctly. The task list now displays properly for all affected users.

CEN-30356 – The "Expires On" column in the Upcoming Expiries page now correctly displays due dates regardless of window size. This ensures expiration dates are always visible, even on smaller screens or when resizing the browser.

CEN-30342 – Fixed an issue where updating an External Report caused Organisation and Position/Job entries to be lost. These details are now correctly retained.

CEN-30339 – Restored the Reports section for scheduled meetings within Meeting Series in v5, aligning it with v4 functionality. Users can now add reports with specific date ranges to scheduled meetings.

CEN-30322 – Fixed a discrepancy in the Compliance dashboard where the Findings widget showed incorrect numbers. The widget now reports the correct number of findings.
