Moving folders (to be used with caution)
An individual with Manage Structure access rights has the ability to move document folders and buttons into other areas. This is to be used with caution, if a document folder is moved to a new folder area then any individuals with the access right of Manage Documents within the area could potentially make changes / amendments to any documents that are moved to the new folder.
Manage structure access right allows you to change the structure whereas the manage document access right allows you to add, amend, withdraw, and delete documents.
If there are any concerns regarding this contact our Support team who will be happy to assist you through this process.
In our example Carol can view the document folders as these contain documents within the folders that have been distributed to her.
