Overview:

This release introduces a dedicated hosting environment for the SmartDocs Beta on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with new seat management functionality that allows admins to control feature access by assigning seats to users. Additionally, a range of behind-the-scenes improvements have been implemented.

What's New

1. Beta Hosting Environment

We have set up a dedicated hosting environment for the SmartDocs Beta on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). It can be accessed at http://beta.trustflight.io .

2. Seat Management

The One TrustFlight platform now supports the concept of “seats”, which can be assigned to users within User Management, to control access to specific module features. Currently, these seats are assigned individually to users in the user details screen.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Enabled Gemini AI capabilities.

• Changed storage architecture to support single bucket.

• Added a check for availability of the document cache and refactored cashe resiliency.

• Created a Google SDK storage adapter.

• Externalized the SSO client ID.

• Added Google storage ingestion service.

• Updated the sending address for email notifications.
