If you utilize Single Sign-On (SSO) services such as Azure or Office 365, please contact your internal IT department for assistance with password resets. Kindly note that these options are applicable only to your live site, and emails will not be sent from test sites.
To change your password, please use the link on your site’s landing page labelled “Forgotten username or password?”
Following this, select the appropriate link to either reset your password or receive a username reminder via email.
