Overview:

This release focuses on enhancing flexibility and streamlining maintenance workflows with two new optional features. These updates enable seamless integration of approvals into defect resolution processes and provide a customizable option for including additional information, such as manual MEL references or other relevant details, in SRPs. In addition, numerous bug fixes across the Web Dashboard and iPad ensure improved reliability, accuracy, and an enhanced user experience.

What's New

1. Deferral Closure Approval

In order to provide greater flexibility in managing maintenance workflows, customers can now optionally enable approvals for closing deferrals. This new functionality enables approvals to be seamlessly integrated into defect resolution steps, including clear tracking of edits for full accountability. With this feature, you can customize your approval flows to better align with your operational requirements, ensuring accurate serviceability status and streamlined defect management.

2. Include Troubleshooting Steps in SRP

We are introducing an optional feature to enhance flexibility for customers not utilizing the digital MEL. This functionality allows users to manually enter MEL references or additional details in the "Troubleshooting Steps Taken" field during the defect deferral process. The entered text will be rendered directly in the SRP deferral details (up to 8 defects), ensuring compliance and clarity in maintenance records. This provides a seamless workaround for manual MEL processes, enabling accurate and customizable information in SRPs.

Bug Fixes

• On the Web Dashboard, fixed an issue where if using UTC offset, users would see their local timezone rather than the configured UTC offset time.

• On the Web Dashboard, fixed an issue where setting EROPS Capable to "Yes" would set it to "No"

• On the Web Dashboard, fixed an issue where  an error message would intermittently show when approving a deferral for a defect

• On the Web Dashboard, fixed an issue where ATA references were not displaying correctly for NEF defect deferrals

• On the Web Dashboard, fixed an issue in the Defect Resolution workflow where fields were not displaying correctly

• On the Web Dashboard, fixed an issue where the Flight Month Limit due date for maintenance items was not displaying correctly

• On the iPad, fixed an issue where when adding a defect the "Deferral Approval Reference" field was not validated correctly.

• On the iPad, fixed an issue in the "Add an Issue" workflow where the continue button was wrongly enabled if empty required fields were out of view

• On the iPad, fixed an issue where Fuel on Board (FOB) was not displaying correctly in some scenarios

• On the iPad, fixed an issue where the Independent Inspections page was not being shown correctly

• On the iPad, fixed an issue where saving a defect from CAMP fails after updating the MEL associated with it

• On the iPad, fixed an issue where HIL numbers were displayed incorrectly in SRPs when DDLs are configured with sequential numbering
