Created ATQP items will be stored within individual training records. They will display details of when the topic was covered alongside a Next Due date.
To view these.
1. Click on the Crew currency tab of the required training subsystem
2. Select an individual’s name from the displayed list
3. Within the Type Specific section for an aircraft type click on the ‘AQTP’ button
The checklist items and the qualification they were covered in is displayed.
When the topics are added after courses have already been completed it might be necessary to add them retrospectively. In which case the below screen will be displayed.
To add details to this page.
1. Place the screen into edit mode (click anywhere on the screen) or click on the ‘Edit’ button
2. Select the check box where the training item was covered
3. Click on the ‘Save’ button
Ground School:
Ground school courses will depend on where they are associated, if they form part of an LPC / OPC or LC then they will appear within the top section, the Type Specific qualification for an aircraft.
If the item is part of a different qualification they can be accessed via the GS (Ground School) button.
Accessing via the correct path will display the course where this topic was covered alongside a Next Due date.
