If all the previous phases have been completed, you are now at a stage to accept or sign-off the application.
1. Click on the Decision phase to progress the application
2. If satisfied that everything is correct, click on the ‘Sign off’ button
3. Complete the sign off pop up box.
You are able to choose to automatically generate a certificate, alongside any approval types.
4. Enter your Centrik password in the available area
5. Click on the ‘Sign Off’ button
6. Enter in the One Time Password (OTP) into the relevant section
7. Click on the ‘OK’ button
