Findings tab:
The findings tab contains details of all findings raised across the audits in this subsystem, each finding will be displayed within the appropriate phase, these can be expanded or collapsed.
All closed findings are stored under the ‘View Closed Findings’ button.
As audits are completed and findings are raised a summary of these are displayed within the findings tab along with their status.
Clicking on a displayed item will direct you to that specific audit to view in greater detail.
Responding to a finding:
The responsible manager / finding owner clicks on the generated email link sent to them when a finding or non-conformance was released, alternatively they can access the finding / non-conformance from their Centrik site.
1. The responsible manager / finding owner selects the act phase from the righthand menu
2. Clicking on the edit button or clicking on the screen to place the page into edit mode will allow them to complete the required areas in response to this finding
3. The responsible manager can submit their corrective action plan (CAP) by clicking the ‘Submit Action Plan’ button
Audit team / finding creator notification:
The auditor that performed the audit is notified that a corrective action plan (CAP) has been submitted and the status of the finding changes to reflect this.
1. Click on the finding
2. Click on the Act phase
3. Decide to accept or reject the action plan based on the information provided
Responsible Manager / finding owner:
The responsible manager / finding owner will receive notification that the corrective action plan has been accepted or rejected. If rejected they are required to repeat the Act phase (resubmit an improved CAP), if accepted they follow the below steps,
1. Click on the Close phase
If enabled (config setting required) the responsible manager / finding owner can provide further information via an implementation section, detailing how they will implement their CAP within their organisation.
2. Click on the ‘Submit’ button
Once submitted it is stamped with details of the individual submitting.
The audit team / finding creator who conducted the audit is notified and they are able to close this finding.
