Found within the Compliance / Quality module the Regulator Type Subsystem is used mainly by authorities, with the ability to Audit and assign Findings to an Organisation.
The Organisation can have access to Centrik, to look at the Finding, Create an Action Plan and Submit an Action Plan. Once the Finding is submitted it can be closed off by the Regulator.
When you first access the subsystem the landing page will look like the below, as you start to create the organisations that you are auditing, along with the checklists that you will use the areas that are initially blank will start to become populated.
All accessible areas are shown as tabs across the top of the page.
Organisations – A list of all organisations within your Centrik site, if an organisation is not listed it can be created within this area.
Clicking on the organisations tab directs you to the organisations landing page, if any organisations have been previously created then they will be displayed here.
You can use the filter settings to refine your search or enter in a name within the search area.
A summary page is displayed providing an organisational overview of current inspections and any open findings alongside a Coverage area (when selected displays the audit checklists that have been used and any regulations that have been audited against) and an Occurrence Reports link (when selected it provides an overview of submitted safety cases).
In order to audit an organisation or have oversight of one the first stage is to add the organisation to the system.
