This section highlights the function that allows Regulators to maintain an aircraft register and manage / associate registration marks.
Aircraft Types:
1. Click on the Config module from the left menu sidebar
2. Click on the ‘Aircraft Types’ button under the Aircraft section
A list of aircraft types that have been created within the system is displayed.
3. Click on the ‘+ Add Type’ button
A screen is displayed that asks for specific details relating to this aircraft type, it will ask for the Name of the type, a short designator, the Manufacturer along with specific ADREP type Detail.
4. Enter in detail relating to the name, short designator and Manufacturer
5. Move onto the ADREP Type Details section, under Manufacturer / model a search window will appear, type in the manufacturer
6. Clicking on the returned manufacturer will allow you to view all models listed by this manufacturer
7. Select the appropriate model and continuing by entering the remaining required mandatory information
8. Once all mandatory information has been entered click on the ‘Save’ button
The aircraft type is listed and the ADREP information is stored.
Aircraft:
Once an aircraft type has been added to the system you can add in specific aircraft within that type.
1. Click on the config module from the left menu bar
2. Click on the ‘Aircraft’ button
A list of aircraft already contained / added to the system will be displayed.
3. Click on the ‘+ Add Aircraft’ button
4. Enter in the required mandatory information within the required areas, select the type from the dropdown list, if a type is not available then it needs to be added first (previous steps Aircraft types)
5. Click on the ‘save’ button
The aircraft is now viewable, and searchable from the Aircraft landing page.
