The Regulator can click on the summary details to view and process the application
1. Click on the Registry Object required (under the Registries section)
2. Click on the appropriate area within Registries (example areas above)
3. Select an application from the summary list
4. Click on the ‘Applications Form’ tab
5. Click on the ‘View/Edit’ button
The phases of the Application are displayed on the right of the screen, the Application phase has been completed, the Review phase is next.
6. Clicking on the Review phase from the right-hand side menu, this will allow this area to be completed.
Review phase:
If there is insufficient information contained within the application, it can returned to the organisation by using the ‘Return To Sender’ button.
If there is sufficient information provided, then the application can be processed
Any internal workflows that are linked to this type of application will require a workflow owner will need to be selected (if this was inputted during the form creation then this field will be pre-populated, therefore you can skip numbers 7, 8 and 9)
1. Click on the ‘Edit’ button
2. Enter in an internal name who will own the workflow
3. Click on the ‘Save’ button
There are also available fields for the Regulator to include any comments.
Regulator Comments – Comments regarding this application, viewable by the applicant and the Regulator
Private comments – internal comments, only viewable by the Regulator
The registry entry can also be viewed within the Review phase by clicking on the ‘View Registry Entry’’ button.
Clicking on the ‘edit’ button or clicking on the screen will place the screen into edit mode, once comments have been entered clicking on the ‘Save’ button will store this information.
10. To accept this application for assessment, click the ‘Accept For Assessment’ button.
