The fly phase is the area where your flights are captured, this can be completed vis the Centrik web dashboard or vis the Centrik app (this is the more common way to record flights)
Web dashboard.
1. Click on the ‘Fly’ Phase
2. Click on the ‘Add flight’ button
3. The Pilot details and Payload details will be populated automatically, add in any observers plus additional roles if required by selecting from the dropdown lists
4. Enter in the equipment details within the Equipment section, this will only allow the equipment lists used within the prepare phase to be used
5. Select a check box, if this is the first flight of the day, or the last flight of the day, selecting these might evoke additional checks depending on your equipment or method checklist checks
6. Enter any additional information (if required) within the Information section
7. Click on the ‘Save’ button
8. Click on the ‘Pre-Flight’ button at the bottom of the page
9. Complete any checks required by clicking on the ‘Start’ button for each check
10. Once a check is completed click on the ‘Back to Task’ button
Once all checks have been completed you are ready to fly.
11. Click on the ‘Launch’ button
A flight record is created, a ‘Land’ button also appears. The Take-Off is documented, the Landing displays 00:00 until a landing has been recorded.
12. Click on the ‘Land’ button to complete this flight
After flight completion there are areas to input any defects to equipment, or charges to batteries.
There is a further option of adding a new flight by using the ‘Add Next Flight’ button
Adding additional flights follows the same process as starting the original flight.
Details are entered in for the Roles, the Equipment used. Recording of the flight through the Launch and the Land buttons.
Launch and Land can be adjusted using the ‘Edit’ button within that flight phase.
There is also an ‘All Flights’ button, clicking this will display all the flights recorded for this task.
You can also add additional flights via this page by using the ‘Add Flight’ button
