UAV equipment is created in a similar way as any other equipment within Centrik. There is however a small difference, the equipment module is linked closely with the tasking module so in the equipment creation this needs to be reflected.
When creating a Class of equipment there are two columns available for selection.
Task – This equipment can be used for tasking
Mountable – This equipment can be mounted or connected to another piece of equipment allowing pieces of equipment to be used together and its use recorded.
It’s important that within the Class setup that the checkboxes for Task and Mountable are selected, one or both boxes need to be checked to use this equipment within the tasking module.
1. Click the ‘Edit’ button to put the page in an editable state
