This style of checklist can be enabled via Centrik, the way of adding a check for this style (Tasking) is the same as adding a non-tasking style check, however the way that the answers are captured and displayed is different
1. Click on the class tab of the equipment that you want to check
2. Select the specific equipment from the available list
3. Click on the ‘Add Check’ button
A summary of the check is displayed.
4. Click on the ‘Save’ button
The checklist that you created previously is displayed
5. Work through the checklist, Clicking on the appropriate buttons for OK/Defect/Fail
You are also able to add any comments that might be required
This style of checklist doesn’t have a Results area, however any Recordable Values that have been added are available to be selected using this style.
Within each specific piece of equipment there is a history button that holds all of the periodic checks that have been completed.
Clicking on the ‘History’ button displays the history of the checks, there is a selectable date period available to assist in filtering of results (the default is set to 3 months).
Selecting the filter to show ‘All’ will display all checks for this piece of equipment.
