1. Navigate to the training record of the individual you want to record this qualification against
2. Click on the ‘three dots’ button Under the Expires on column) for the authorisation you wish to add or update
3. Click on the ‘Add/Update MRO Authorisation’ button
4. Any prerequisite training needs to be completed otherwise you will not be able to proceed
Uncompleted prerequisites:
Moving further down the page the Sign-off field is deactivated and a warning is displayed.
Completed prerequisites:
The Sign-off button is active, and the warning is not visible.
5. If all prerequisite qualifications have been completed the page is editable and allows the Skills and Skill Set areas previously created to be selected, select all the relevant checkboxes for this authorisation.
6. Add in any limitations to this license within the limitations area.
7. Click on the ‘Save’ button
8. Click on the ‘Authorise’ button
9. Complete the pop-up box, any limitations are auto populated from a previous step but can be adjusted if required
10. Enter in a sign-off date
11. Check the declaration sign-off box
12. Click on the ‘Save’ button
Now that the authorisation has been created it needs to be linked to the overall training record for that individual.
13. From the individuals training record click on the ‘Engineer Details’ button at the bottom of the page (the terminology may differ in your site depending on configuration)
14. Click on the ‘Update’ button within the Current MRO Licence Details area
15. Enter in the license details, including license number and expiry date alongside the Authorisation / Stamp no
16. Click on the ‘Confirm’ button
Configuration of your Centrik system can include additional notes for license customisation if required. Once an MRO Licence has been approved it can be downloaded within the individuals training record by using the download function.
If your Centrik site is configured to display photos, the associated photo will be printed on the individual’s licence. The licence should be signed by the holder, it is designed to be carried on one’s person should it need to be shown for validation / verification.
