Changes tab:
The changes area allows you to check changes made to that training subsystem by taking snapshots and then comparing them.
1. Click on the ‘Changes’ tab within the relevant training subsystem
There are several buttons available at the bottom of the screen to assist with checking any changes.
Take Snapshot – Take an instant snapshot of that training subsystem, snapshots are displayed under the Snapshots section.
Compare Selected – Once there has been more than one snapshot taken you are able to compare these by using this button.
1. Click on the ‘Take Snapshot’ button
2. Tick the checkboxes within the Select area of the snapshot (these will be the snapshots that you are comparing)
3. Click on the ‘Compare Selected’ button
All changes are displayed per individual via a list of the differences between the snapshots, this can be emailed to the individual or individuals added previously by using the ‘Send Notification E-Mail’ button
It is also possible to setup automatic notifications and send any changes to named individuals.
Setting up Notifications:
1. Within the Timing and Notification section Click on the ‘+ Add’ button
2. Enter a time for any training snapshots and daily status notifications (optional)
3. Enter in the recipients Name and select what notifications you want them to receive via selecting the available checkboxes
4. Click on the ‘Save’ button, their email address will be automatically populated
View Notification:
Allows you to select two snapshots and view the email notification that is sent.
Send Notification:
Allows you to select two snapshots and send these via email.
