There are several ways to add in training validity dates, these are.
- Editing an individual’s Training Record
- Adding in a qualification with supporting evidence such as a license or Certificate
- Performing a check in Centrik
- Self-serve qualification upload, this option requires verification from a Training Manager before a course is validated (this is a configuration option)
Add Training via a Self Upload:
Centrik allows the ability for users to upload their own training into Centrik, this training can then be verified and signed-off or rejected by the Training Manager.
1. A user signs into their Centrik account
2. Click on the Training module from the left-hand side navigation menu
3. Click on the My Currency tab
The screen displays the users’ individuals training record.
4. Select a qualification and click on the ‘three dots’ button within the Expires On area
5. Click on the ‘Upload’ button (naming terminology might change from qualification to qualification)
6. Enter in a Completed-On date, a New Expiry (if required) and any comments required
7. Click on the ‘Add Attachment’ to add the evidence of validity for the qualification
8. Click on the ‘Save’ button
Once the information has been saved a Sign-off area is displayed along with a Submit button.
9. Click on the ‘Submit’ button
Details of Self-uploaded qualifications can be found within the My Uploads tab.
Clicking on the ‘My Uploads’ tab will provide further details, including the status.
Upon submitting the Training Manager will receive a notification that a qualification has been uploaded and requires sign-off.
