After starting your checklist, the workflow will display an in-progress highlight. Within the Workflow steps area each section and the number of items it contains is displayed.
You can click each section individually to complete or click on the ‘View All Steps’ button to display all of sections and step items.
1. Click on the ‘Edit’ button or alternatively click directly onto one of the ‘To Do’ areas will place the page into edit mode.
2. Complete the Status area for each item marking it as To Do, Omitted, Partially Completed, Completed, or N/A (a comments box is available within each step should you wish to use it)
3. Complete the status of all steps and click on the ‘Save’ button.
As each item is completed an indicator appears at the side of each step along with the wording Completed.
Once a section has been completed the items within that section are replaced with a tick icon.
4. Once all sections have been completed click on the ‘Complete’ button
If any steps have not been completed a warning box will be displayed
5. Click on the ‘OK’ button to confirm you wish to complete this workflow.
