After selecting the Workflows module from the menu bar, you are provided with different viewing options based on your access rights.
Dashboard – A dashboard summary with graphical widgets providing information on workflows, workflow actions and workflow tasks
My workflow steps – An overview area displaying any workflows that you own or that you have been assigned workflow step / task to complete
Management of Change - an area to manage large scale changes through a processed project management phase approach.
Workflows – an area which can be used to document step by step processes within your organisation.
At its most basic level, a workflow can be a simple list of things to do. at its most complex, a workflow can be used as a project management tool, allowing a user to add Risk Assessments, Audits, Meetings and Workflows within a Workflows.
Actions – An area to capture any Actions that have been created as part of a Workflow.
Dashboard
The workflows module provides a dashboard summary view (access rights dependent) of a subsystem (additional subsystems can be added).
As in other modules the dashboard widgets can be adjusted enabling the user to select their preferences.
This is achieved through the ‘Show Settings’ button
My Workflow Steps
The workflow steps area provides an overview of any workflows that you own or that you have been assigned a workflow step, steps, task, or tasks to complete.
The filter area can be used to adjust the display.
