Centrik can include various Regulations within your Centrik site. These are centrally managed and uploaded to the system when there are any changes to regulations.
This is an additional service added to the site and requires to be enabled via our Regulations Team.
1. Click on the ‘Regulations’ button on the side menu
The landing page consist of three tabs.
Regulations area - where you can search for Regulations
Regulation Amendments area - where any changes to Regulations are shown
Regulations Actions area - an area where actions are collated that have been linked directly to a Regulation.
Clicking on a tab will highlight that specific area.
Regulations Tab:
The Regulations tab is a reference point for the Regulations that are configured to your site. Any of the Regulations that are enabled on your site will be displayed, clicking on the arrow will expand the selection areas.
Clicking on the larger arrow will expand the viewable reference area, once expanded clicking on the arrow again reduces the viewing panel.
Selecting a Regulation item (by clicking its title) on the Regulation items page will display that regulation.
Once a regulation is displayed, I am able to click on the ellipsis (three dots) to the side in order to open more available options.
Top Section display:
An expandable area that can show incorporated amendments and regulation amendments
Amendments – Displays the number of regulation items that have any amendments within a highlighted regulation.
Actions – The ability to add an Action that is related to the regulation
Expand All – Expands regulation items
Collapse All – Collapses regulation items
Compare – The compare button allows me to select a version of the regulation and compare it with a different version. Highlighted text appears to display any differences between the versions.
Checklists – The Checklists button allows me to view what checklists I have that have been referenced against this regulation.
Actions – Allows me to create an Action so that it is directly linked to this regulation item, clicking on the action area, and create an action displaying the regulation.
Once saved the action status is stored and the action linked
Comments – The ability to add comments to this regulation item
Amendments Area:
The amendments area provides an overview f all amendments to regulations and regulation items. When clicking on a regulation a description is displayed alongside the source documentation and effectiveness dates.
The ellipsis (three dots) allows different options.
Review all – Allows you to state that all areas have been reviewed and regulation amendments updated. Once reviewed the reviewer’s details are stored in the system and the review all text is replaced with an arrow.
Actions – The ability to add an action to this regulation amendment
Comments – The ability to add a comment, such as reviewed, requires further review to a regulation amendment.

Actions Area:
All actions that are created and linked to regulation items, and or amendments are stored here. It shows the Action owner and action deadlines.
Raising an Action against a Regulation:
You can raise an Action within the Regulations tab and the Amendments tab. Actions can be raised against the entire regulation, the regulation sections and any items within each section.

Regardless of where the action is raised it follows the same format.
1. Click on actions in any of the previously mentioned areas
2. Click on the ‘+ Add Action’ button
3. Enter in an Action Title
4. Enter in an Action Owner
5. Enter in a Description (optional)
6. Enter in an Open From date or a Due on date
7. Click on the ‘Save’ button
The created action will then appear within the Actions tab.
