In a similar way to other modules the dashboard view can be altered to suit the user.
User Settings:
Clicking on the ‘Show settings’ button allows the user to switch on or switch off the graphical widgets.
Changing the slider will hide a dashboard, clicking on the six dots and dragging and dropping from this menu can alter the dashboard order.
You can also reorder the dashboards by clicking on the dashboards six dots and changing the ordering.
Meeting Series and Ad-hoc Meetings are both created in the same way
Meeting tasks:
This area displays all tasks that are related to you, these include attending any meetings that you are an owner, or attendee of, alongside any actions that you have created, or are named as the owner of.
The meeting tasks area also has several filter options available.
Meetings – My meetings
As the naming suggests the My meetings area contains details of the meetings that you are the owner of or that you are an attendee of.
There are filtering options available such as searchable date rea where you can select From and To dates, alongside this you can include any Archived meetings, or meetings that include minutes (Include Minutes) by selecting the appropriate check box.
