Heatmap & KPIs - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are the critical (key) indicators of progress toward an intended result. KPIs provide a focus for strategic and operational improvement, create an analytical basis for decision making and help focus attention on what matters most
Managing with the use of KPIs includes setting targets (the desired level of performance) and tracking progress against those targets.
Centrik provides a platform within the Safety and Compliance modules to pull in data via the company defined categories and create analytical reports to assist both Safety and Compliance Managers in identifying company trends.

Clicking on the Heatmap displays the results based on any findings and the categories that are used during initial raising of the finding.
These areas are expandable by clicking on the arrows next to the name.
The ‘Show filters’ button allows the heatmap display to be altered based on options such as All Findings, Open Findings, Closed Findings as well as selecting different options relating to the Rows and Columns.
Clicking on the Total score box will display the findings (depending on the show filter settings) and a list of these findings below the heatmap.
Clicking on an individual Row, expanding the view (through clicking the arrow) and clicking on an individual column will allow you to look at that specific area in detail, any findings related to that area are also displayed.
