When creating a checklist it is possible to select IOSA style as your checklist style. This allows for the checklist to include an area for Effectiveness Criteria as well as Auditor Actions (available through from a selectable list, that includes
Identify, Observe, Assess, Trace, Check, Review, Crosscheck, Coordinate, Sample, Examine/Compare, Identify/Examine, Identify/Assess, Examine/Assess, Observe/Assess, Interview, Examine, Other Actions)
1. Create a New Checklist
2. Enter in a Checklist Name and select Regulation Based with IOSA style as your Checklist style, this fixes the Possible Answer selection to IOSA Audit Result
3. Select audit editability
4. Enter in a description (optional)
5. Enter in an audit schedule by selecting the check boxes against each month within the Schedule section
6. Click on the ‘Save’ button
7. Add in your Sections and contents by using the ‘+ Add New Section’ button
8. Input a Section Number and Section Name
9. Click on the ‘Save’ button
10. Click on the ‘Add Item’ button
11. Enter in a Regulation reference in the Reference box
12. Add in a Desired Outcome, Suitability Criteria, Effectiveness Criteria and select any Auditor actions that might be required.
13. Add in any Guidance (if required)
14. Click on the ‘Save’ button
