Any individuals named in the creation of a finding will be notified via email (follow the link to be directed to the finding) as well through the Personal dashboard of their Centrik site.
From the Personal dashboard use the filter options to select you in the Assigned to: dropdown and clicking on the ‘Apply’ button.
Then select the applicable finding from the displayed list.
Alternatively, you can use the Module dashboard tab and select open findings from the dashboard (if you have the access right to view that dashboard).
Alternatively you can click on the Quality / Compliance module icon and see all findings from the subsystems landing page and clicking on the findings tab.
Findings are grouped by the phase that they are currently in, these areas can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on the arrow to the side of each phase. Closed findings can be viewed by clicking on the ‘View Closed Findings’ button.
1. Click on the ‘Findings’ button for the relevant area
There is guidance that as the Responsible Manager / Owner you can make changes to the Act and Close pages. The audit phases are displayed to the right hand-side.
2. Click on the Act phase area on the right hand-side of the page to enable that area.
The Responsible Manager / Owner can choose to postpone the corrective action plan date, or the closure date by using the ‘Postpone buttons within each area (postponements can be accepted or rejected)
3. The Responsible Manager / Finding Owner proceeds by entering information in the Corrective Action plan, Immediate Corrective Actions, Root Cause Analysis and Root Cause Correction areas.
Corrective Action Plan - the planned course of action that combines steps to address the immediate issue with a plan to mitigate reoccurrence
Immediate Corrective actions - The corrective actions implemented immediately to address the issue / problem
Root Cause Analysis - the process to highlight the underlying cause of the problem
Root Cause Correction - the process for finding the cause of the event, and implementing effective corrective actions with the aim to mitigate reoccurrence
Additional actions can be added if required by clicking on the ‘+ Add action’ button in any of these areas and following the action creation process.
4. When all areas have been completed the Responsible Manager / Owner submits their action plan by clicking on the ‘Submit Action Plan’ button
The details of the individual submitting the action plan is displayed.
5. The auditor is notified that a corrective action plan has been submitted and clicks on the ‘Accept Corrective Action Plan’ button or the ‘Reject Corrective Action Plan’ button depending on the information provided.
If rejecting a corrective action plan reasoning as to why must be provided.
The Comments section is used to capture system generated actions, for example the Corrective Action plan submitted and Corrective action Plan Acceptance / Rejection.
6. The Act phase can be closed if the Action plan submitted has been Accepted
Moving to the Close phase the Responsible Manager / Owner can attach Evidence by clicking on the ‘+ Add attachment’ button or by dragging and dropping files into the Attach evidence area.
7. When everything has been added, clicking on the ‘Submit’ button will submit the finding resolution to the relevant Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager, or an individual with Quality Manager access rights is notified, they will be able to view the audit.
8. Clicking on the ‘Close’ button to close out this audit and its findings

All closed findings are grouped together, from the man Findings tab (highlighted) click on the ‘View Closed Audits’ button.
Details of findings that are closed are displayed; it is possible to Chase overdue findings from this page alongside switch back to view open findings.
The ‘show filters’ button can be used to filter your display.
