The checklist schedule area provides an overview of all audits containing a checklist that have been scheduled (the date view can be set to 12 or 24 months)
Filter the view - you can filter / adjust your view by using the filtering options available.
Clicking on each area allows you to filter the view accordingly.
Subsystems – allows you to filter the subsystems, selecting or deselecting a checkbox will display, or hide that subsystem from view. Clicking on the ‘Apply’ button will filter the results.
Status – allows you to filter through OK, Due, Overdue, and suspended status
Month – allows you to filter by specific months, or months, or display all months.
From the main checklist schedule landing page, you can schedule your audits using the calendar months (this can beset to 12 or 24 months (Config required).
1. Click on the ‘Edit’ button
2. Select a month for each audit to occur on (a tick will be displayed once selected
3. Click on the ‘Save’ button to confirm your selection
Where you see a tick in place of a date this means that this audit was created as a one-off audit and has no schedule associated to it.
Additional areas on the page:
Ad-hoc audits - allows you to run an audit on an ad-hoc basis outside of a schedule
+ New Checklists – the ability to create checklist, link them to an audit and create a schedule for them (depending on the audit type)
Full history – shows the entire history of that audit type
Heatmap – shows a heatmap for audits that contain categories
Coverage – displays audits where regulations were used as a cross reference
Download – the ability to download your schedule with or without dates
