- Add Audits to the Schedule
- Create Audits linked to Regulations
- Perform Audits (Both Online and Offline)
- Create Findings
- Delegate Findings
- Resolve, Sign off and Close Findings
- Create and view analysis via a Quality Heatmap and a Quality KPI Section.
The landing page for your organisation might look differently depending on if any subsystems have been created. If there are multiple subsystems these can be accessed via the side menu and selecting from the dropdowns available.
Dashboard
Access rights determine whether you can view any dashboards, if you have the access right to view dashboards they will be displayed on this screen. There is a section underneath for tasks assigned to you.
You can alter your view by using the ‘Show Settings’ button. This allows you to turn off or turn on any dashboards that you might have access to alongside Findings and actions.
1. Click on the ‘Show Settings’ button
2. Toggle the indicators to show a dashboard (Green is ON), or not show a dashboard (Grey is OFF)
You can move the dashboards on the page by clicking on the six dots and dragging and dropping to a new position on the screen.
1. Select the six dots of the dashboard you want to move
2. Drag and drop to its new position
3. Releasing the mouse / button places the dashboard in the intended area.
My audits
Any audits where you are the lead auditor, an additional auditor, or an audit subject will appear under my audits section.
My findings
Clicking on the My findings area will display a list of findings where you are the responsible person, or responsible Manager.
