The investigate phase allows you to document details of your investigation including any outcomes.
If not automatically enabled, clicking on the Investigate phase at the right-hand side of the page will open this area.
There are two areas to complete, investigation conducted and an investigation outcome.
1. Click on the Investigate phase at the side of the page
2. Clicking on the ‘Edit’ button or clicking on the relevant area on the page allows you to enter information into the relevant areas with the ability to add Actions (if required)
3. Clicking on the ‘Save’ button will secure these details.
4. Once completed clicking on the ‘Investigate Phase Complete’ will lock this phase.
