Safety is one of the core functions within Centrik, with a system that states ‘Safety at its core’ you’d expect it to be.
The safety module within Centrik provides the ability to capture an organisations safety occurrence and or events within the Centrik system. This can be captured in both online and offline modes.
Once a safety report is entered into Centrik it becomes a safety case. Centrik then provides the ability to categorise and analyse this safety case through various heatmaps and KPIs alongside the ability to send a safety case direct to the Regulator via an E5X formatted file.
Safety landing page
The safety landing page can have several available areas depending on a user’s access rights of the system. For a base regular / everyday user they will only see the ‘Start New Report’ button and ‘My Cases’ button.
Dashboard – Can be used to display a snapshot of the module (access rights limit a standard users view). You can start a new report from the dashboard page.
My Cases – This area allows an individual to see the progress of any reports that they have submitted, highlighting the phase that they are in.
My drafts – An area where any draft safety reports that below to you are stored, reports can be updated prior to being submitted or draft reports deleted within this area.
