On occasions you may need to remove system access from a user; to do this follow these steps.
1. Select the individual to remove from the contacts module by clicking on their name.
2. Once in their individual record click on the ‘Revoke Access’ button.
3. A warning box will be displayed asking if you want to remove access for this user, click on the ‘Yes’ button.
The user’s access to Centrik has been removed, they will remain on the contacts list for your organisation but cannot access Centrik.
Delete a User
To delete the user and place them in the archive area.
1. Click on the ‘Dustbin ‘Delete’ button.
2. Click on the ‘Yes’ button in the warning box.
