Found via the contacts module and selecting the System-wide Roles tab (access right dependent).
If you have the necessary, access rights you are able to Edit and create System-wide Roles. As the name suggests these settings are for the entire system.
All Users - generally the term to given to anybody that has been granted access to the system, these are base level access rights usually allowing the visibility of Documents, submitting Safety cases, and seeing the Contacts area of the system.
Centrik Admin (internal) – The term given to those internal organisational champions.
Centrik Support – Access rights given to those at Trustflight (these re usually adjusted by organisations after implementations have been completed.
Shared Device – access rights given to shared offline devices
Existing roles can be adjusted by clicking on the role, adjusting the access via checkboxes for the relevant modules and clicking the ‘Save’ button.
New System-wide Roles can be created by clicking on the ‘+ Create System-Wide Role’, entering in a name for the system-wide role and then following the process of selecting the relevant checkboxes, followed by the ‘Save’ button.
