Once logged in the user is presented with their own home page:
The homepage is divided up into several parts - My tasks, Tasks assigned, a Module Dashboard and a Module summary
My Tasks
Anything within the My Tasks status Column is assigned to you.
Any Tasks that you have been assigned will be indicated by an icon, below this there are several filter options available to you.
The ability to add a personal action can be achieved by clicking on the ‘+ Add Action’ button and following the process (described elsewhere).
Tasks assigned
The tasks assigned area creates a consolidated list, or summary of any tasks that you have assigned, it provides a clearer overview of tasks, actions, and delegations assigned to others.
Additional improvements include:
Task List Export – Users can now download their task lists and open them in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Workflow Task Display – Improved visibility of workflow-related tasks, allowing users to understand task context at a glance without drilling into the workflow module.
Visual indicators display module areas of the systems whilst a task list summary is also provided.
Module Dashboard
The Module dashboard is driven by a user’s access rights, it displays all dashboards relevant to their Role, their department. Dashboards provide a snapshot overview of that module.
The module summary provides the ability to view the modules that you have access rights to see and provide information in key areas at a glance.
You are able to display the system legend from this area by clicking on the ‘Show legend’ button, the legend will change depending on whether a user has changed their settings to High Contrast Mode, or Classic mode.
If a user clicks on a coloured indicator from their dashboard, then they will be redirected to the area that displays the items.
Module Summary
The module summary provides the ability to view the modules that you have access rights to see and provide information in key areas at a glance.
There is also an available Show legend button on this screen, this displays an explanation of the coloured indicators.
