Once logged in the user will be redirected to the home page.
Side Menu Bar
The modules run from top to bottom, if a module has additional subsystem these can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on the arrow beside that module heading.

You are able to collapse or expand the menu bar by using the ‘Collapse menu’ button.

Top Menu Bar (Header)
The menu bar within Centrik contains several options.
The user that is logged into the system has their name displayed at the top of the screen. Clicking on the three dots displays several options for an individual user.
Account Settings:
This area allows a user to use preset options to alter the appearance of the site.
Date Format – Allows the user to change how the date is displayed
Theme – Allows the user to change the theme of the site.
Light Mode – Changes the theme to lighter, brighter colours
Dark mode – Changes the theme to darker colours
System – Changes the theme to the user’s system settings
Display options – Two options are available within this area.
Reduce eye strain – Displays circular high contrast system indicators
To view what the different icons mean there is a ‘Show Legend’ button found within the Module dashboard area
Reduced eye strain - shows the displays a lightly coloured indicators
Accessibility mode – Displays shapes and colours as system indicators
Change Password - Allows the user to change their password, if using the Single Sign-in option a user’s password will need to be adjusted via the SSO service provider.
Remove SysAdmin - Only available to those with higher access settings, it removes the highest access right of the system
Link Leon Account - The ability to link the LEON rostering system to your site. The configuration of this needs to be setup through TrustFlight Support.
Log Out - Logs out the individual user
Announcements, Links and Emergency Workflow shortcut
To the left of the logged in users name displays different icons that can be selected, this is dependent on your access rights, so all of these might not appear on your site.
Links
Quick links to Safety reports or external links (configuration required) can be found in the top menu bar.
Clicking on the links icon will display a list of selectable options to choose from.
Usually associated to an Emergency Workflow, it is linked to the Workflow module, and it allows you to start an emergency workflow directly from the homepage.
The ability to create Links to external websites, URLs, or system reports, these can be configured via TrustFlight Support.
When the Megaphone is clicked on followed by Announcements. This will redirect the user to a list of previous Announcements. The Announcements area is used to notify users of new versions of Centrik and any other Centrik News.
The landing page is divided up into several areas, these are represented by tabs that run along the top of the screen.
My tasks
Anything within the My Tasks status Column is assigned to you.
Any Tasks that you have been assigned will be indicated by an icon, below this there are several filter options available to you.
The ability to add a personal action can be achieved by clicking on the ‘+ Add Action’ button and following the process (documented elsewhere).
Tasks assigned
The tasks assigned area creates a consolidated list, or summary of any tasks that you have assigned, it provides a clearer overview of tasks, actions, and delegations assigned to others.
Additional improvements include:
Task List Export – Users can now download their task lists and open them in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Workflow Task Display – Improved visibility of workflow-related tasks, allowing users to understand task context at a glance without drilling into the workflow module.
Visual indicators display module areas of the systems whilst a task list summary is also provided.
Module dashboard
The Module dashboard is driven by a user’s access rights, it displays all dashboards relevant to their Role, their department. Dashboards provide a snapshot overview of that module.
You are able to display the system legend from this area by clicking on the ‘Show legend’ button, the legend will change depending on whether a user has changed their settings to Reduced Eye strain mode or Accessibility Mode..
Module summary
The module summary provides the ability to view the modules that you have access rights to see and provide information in key areas at a glance.
There is also an available Show legend button on this screen, this displays an explanation of the coloured indicators.
Support Areas
The side menu bar offers additional support to users.
Clicking on the arrow to expand the selection displays additional options.
