We are pleased to announce a new version of the Centrik EFB for iPads is coming soon.
Centrik iOS App V4.9 is scheduled for release to the App Store from 5th February 2024. (Note that is later that the originally advertised January date to allow for an extended period of beta testing.)
If your organisation manages your iPad devices you may not be able to install the new version immediately. If you manage your own device, we recommend that you seek approval from your organisation before installing the new version.
This new version of Centrik’s iPad App brings a number of enhancements including:
- Significantly faster and more stable synchronisation of changes in the documents and safety modules*
- An enhanced iPad-native user interface for browsing and listing documents*
- Ability to capture attachments when conducting offline safety reports and audits
* Items marked with an asterisk will be rolled out to customers over a period of 3-4 weeks following release of this new version.
If you manage your own device and wish to trial the new version of the app in advance of the release date, you may do so using our open beta testing programme which is available for immediate use, to use this please follow the below steps:
- Install TestFlight from the App store. (Click here for TestFlight download instructions)
- Once TestFlight is installed, open a browser on your iOS device and browse to https://testflight.apple.com/join/heAQzKcS.
