Analysis - Changes
The Analysis area allows you to check changes made to that training subsystem by taking snapshots and comparing them.
1. Click on the ‘Changes’ button within the Analysis section on the landing page

2. Click on the ‘Add’ button within the Timing and Notification section
3. Enter in the recipients Name and select what notification you want them to receive
4. Click on the ‘Save’ button, their email address will be automatically populated
You can also choose to send training snapshots at specific times using the available sections
5. Click on the ‘Take Snapshot’ button, this will take a snapshot of this training subsystem at that moment in time
6. Click on the ‘Take Snapshot’ button
7. Select the Snapshots required for comparison
8. Click on the ‘Compare Selected’ button
A list of the differences between the snapshots will be displayed, this can be emailed to the individual or individuals added previously by using the ‘Send Notification E-Mail’ button.
