Qualification Overview
Adding qualifications is achieved via the Set-up button of a subsystems landing page.
1. Click on the ‘Set-Up’ button

Qualifications – Where qualifications are added
Skills – A configuration option, allows for skills assessment, or competencies to be configured at a system wide level. Skills can then be added to a qualification when it is being created
Cycles – A configuration option, the ability to set cycles
LPC/OPC Checklist – The master checklist for the qualifications of LPC (License Proficiency Check) and OPC (Operators Proficiency Check)
LC Checklist – The master checklist for LC (Line Check)
2. Click on the ‘Qualifications’ button

These areas can only be added to, amended, or deleted by Centrik. Clicking on the arrow by each title will expand the box and allow qualifications to be added (with the correct access rights).

1. Click on a qualification
(Qualification section)
Number – The number of this qualification, essentially where it will sit in the list of qualifications within this group
Name – The name of this qualification
Short Name – The short name for this qualification
Type Specific – The type of qualification that this is, it is specific to a type
Mandatory – Whether this qualification is mandatory, or if it is optional
External ID – If your Centrik system is linked to a rostering system, the rostering system should have a mirror image of your Centrik qualifications. The rostering system should have an ID number for each qualification, this ID number is entered within this area so that the qualification, expiry period is linked to the rostering system
Include Skills assessment – An additional phase can be added to this qualification to include Skills / Competences
Is required for MRO Authorisations? – The ability to link several qualifications together to create pre-requisites prior to an MRO authorisation
Description – A description of this qualification, if required
Applies To Section
Rank – The Rank in which this qualification applies to, alternatively this can be configured to be a Role instead
Types – The aircraft type that this qualification is applicable to
Other Training Subsystems - A configuration option where this qualification can be shared to another subsystem

Validity Section
Validity – The period that this qualification is valid for, this includes details of a revalidation period in advance of a qualification expiry
Checklists Section
Checklists – Any checklists that are associated to this qualification
