Reviewing Applications
The Regulator can click on the summary details to view and process the application
1. Click on the appropriate area within Registries (Example areas above)
2. Select an application from the summary list
3. Click on the ‘Applications Form’ tab
4. Click on the ‘View/Edit’ button
5. Clicking on the Review chevron will allow this area to be completed.
If there is insufficient information contained within the application, it can returned to the organisation by using the ‘Return To Sender’ button.
If there is sufficient information provided then the application can be processed
Any internal workflows that are linked to this type of application will require a workflow owner will need to be selected.
6. Click on the ‘Edit’ button
7. Enter in an internal name who will own the workflow
8. Click on the ‘Save’ button
9. To accept this application for assessment click the ‘Accept For Assessment’ button.
There are also available fields for the Regulator to include any comments.
Regulator Comments – Comments regarding this application, viewable by the applicant and the Regulator
Private comments – internal comments, only viewable by the Regulator
The registry entry can also be viewed within the Review phase by clicking on the ‘View Registry Entry’’ button.
Assessing Applications
Once the Review phase has been accepted you can progress to the Assessment phase, this will be where the Regulator completes the internal workflow that was associated to the application within its setup. The status changes to Assessing.
1. Click on the Assessment Chevron/Phase
2. Complete each step of the workflow.
3. When completed, click on the ‘Mark as Complete’ button
4. Click on the ‘OK’ button within the confirmation pop up box
Accept Applications
If all the previous phases have been completed, you are now at a stage to accept or sign-off the application.
1. Click on the Decision chevron to progress the application
2. If satisfied that everything is correct, click on the ‘Sign off’ button
3. A One Time Passcode (OTP) box will be displayed, this will send a passcode to the logged in users email address that is stored within Centrik.
4. Enter the OTP into the relevant text area and click on the 'OK' button
5. Complete the sign off pop up box
You are able to choose to automatically generate a certificate, alongside any approval types.
6. Enter your Centrik password in the available area
7. Click on the ‘Sign Off’ button
Published Certificates are viewable within the Published Certificates section.
