Any individuals named in the creation of a finding will be notified via email and through their Centrik site.
An area for findings is also displayed on the Compliance landing page (access rights permitting)
1. Click on the ‘Findings’ button for the relevant area
All findings at all stages are displayed, there is a filter option and a separate area to view all closed findings.
If you have the link to the finding then click the link, otherwise selected the finding from the overview page.
2. After clicking on the available link or accessing the finding through the overview area the finding manager needs to select the ‘Act’ phase in order to input a corrective action plan.
Once within the Act phase the individual can request to postpone both the deadlines for submission of an action plan and closure of the finding by clicking on the respective ‘postpone’ buttons.
Corrective Action Plan - the planned course of action that combines steps to address the immediate issue with a plan to mitigate reoccurrence
Immediate Corrective actions - The corrective actions implemented immediately to address the issue / problem
Root Cause Analysis - the process to highlight the underlying cause of the problem
Root Cause Correction - the process for finding the cause of the event, and implementing effective corrective actions with the aim to mitigate reoccurrence
There is an area for a corrective action plan to be entered, further down the page there are areas for immediate corrective actions, root cause analysis and root cause correction to be inputted.
3. Click on the ‘Edit’ button to enable these areas
4. Enter in the Corrective Action Plan in the available area
5. Clicking on the ‘Save’ button will lock these areas
6. Click on the ‘Submit Action Plan’ button, this will submit the action plan for approval
7. The auditor is notified that a corrective action plan has been submitted and clicks on the ‘Accept Corrective Action Plan’ button or the ‘Reject Corrective Action Plan’ button depending on the information provided
If the individual requires additional time, there is a Postpone button available, clicking this and providing a reason for postponement will notify the Finding creator of the request.
8. The Act phase can be closed if the Action plan submitted has been Accepted
9. The owner of the finding moves onto the Close phase
10. Under the Finding Owner section, click on the ‘submit’ button
11. The Compliance Manager, or an individual with Quality Manager access rights is notified.
12. The Compliance/Quality Manager will be notified, they will be able to view the audit and have the ability to click on the ‘Close’ button to close out this audit and its findings

Findings Overview
Clicking on the Findings within an audit area will display information on all findings created within that area.
It is possible to Chase overdue findings as well as view closed findings within each audit area. There is a filter button to assist with searching.
