In the setup of the checklist it is possible to select IOSA style. This allows for the checklist to include an area for Effectiveness Criteria as well as Auditor Actions (available through from a selectable list, that includes
Identify, Observe, Assess, Trace, Check, Review, Crosscheck, Coordinate, Sample, Examine/Compare, Identify/Examine, Identify/Assess, Examine/Assess, Observe/Assess, Interview, Examine, Other Actions)
1. Create the audit selecting Regulation Based with IOSA style (this fixes the Possible Answer selection to IOSA Audit Result)
2. Add in your Sections and contents by using the ‘+ Add New Section’ button
3. Input a Section Number and Section Name
4. Click on the ‘Save’ button
5. Click on the ‘Add Item’ button
6. Enter in a Regulation reference in the Reference box alongside any desired outcome, Auditor Actions
7. Click on the ‘Save’ button
Conducting an IOSA Audit
1. Click on the audit you wish to start from the summary overview page or within the audit itself
2. Amend the Audit Number and Name, if required
3. Click on the ‘Save’ button
4. Click on a Section to complete the items within that section
5. Click on the grey ‘Edit’ button
6. Enter the auditor assessment (selectable from the dropdown menu), any documentation/evidence and auditor comments
7. Clicking on the ‘Save’ button will lock in this information
Attachments can be added to support the audit evidence if required
To re-edit any items the grey ‘Edit’ button needs to be clicked
8. Document any non-conformance
9. Click on the ‘Complete Audit’ to complete this audit, any findings will be raised, and individuals notified
