Safety is one of the core functions within Centrik, with a system that states ‘Safety at its core’ you’d expect it to be.
The safety module within Centrik provides the ability to capture an organisations safety occurrence and or events within the Centrik system. This can be captured in both online and offline modes.
Once a safety report is entered into Centrik it becomes a safety case. Centrik then provides the ability to categorise and analyse this safety case through various heatmaps and KPIs alongside the ability to send a safety case direct to the Regulator via an E5X formatted file.
Safety landing page
The safety landing page has several buttons available depending on a user’s access rights of the system. For a base regular / everyday user they will only see the ‘Start New Report’ button and ‘My Cases’ button.
Safety Managers and those with higher access rights will be able to view the overall safety status (All Drafts, Case in-box, All cases & MORs) as well as the analysis areas of Centrik. When a site has no safety cases that have been submitted the analysis area will be blank, even if you have the required access rights to view this area. This is due to there being zero cases to analyse, as soon as one safety case is submitted the analysis area becomes active.
Start New Report is the area where a safety report can be selected and started within Centrik.
