Once logged in the user is presented with their own home page:
The homepage is divided up into two Parts - The Personal Status and the Module Status.
If there are areas which show purely Green ‘Traffic Lights’, then these will be hidden but can be shown by clicking on ‘Show Additional items’
Once clicked it will expand to show every Traffic Light including the Green. Clicking on ‘Hide Additional items will revert to the reduced view.
If a user clicks on one of the traffic lights, then they will be redirected to the area that displays the items. The user will also see a list of all the modules along the bottom of the screen that they have access to.
Anything within the Personal Status Column is assigned to you. This can be any number of the following:
Safety - For example, if you have started a Safety Report and not Submitted it then it will show ‘You have one draft report to complete online’ in red.
Workflow Steps - These are existing current workflows where a step has been assigned to you. The Workflow Step will be Green if not overdue within a month. Yellow if due within a month and red if overdue.
Meetings - This indicates where a meeting is scheduled, and the minutes need to be signed off. It will go yellow on the date scheduled and red if overdue.
Actions – All of the actions where you are the owner, or you have been delegated an Action. Green if Pending or Complete. Yellow if Open and Red if Overdue.
Actions assigned by me - Any Actions that have been assigned by yourself. Same colour coding as Actions. There is also a view/add button where the user can Add Personal Actions.
Handovers - Any Actions assigned to yourself or your department. Same colour coding as Actions
Defects - Any Defects that are assigned to you. These will always show as red.
My Logbook - This will show red when there are no details regarding a flight within the Tasking Module. Clicking on view will show you your logbook and hours flown.
SMS Cases Delegated - This area will show any Safety cases that have been delegated to you. This can be the whole case, or phases delegated to yourself. These will show as red.
Training Items - Any training items will show across separate headings and broken down into their subsystems. These are further broken down into Mandatory or Add-On Qualifications.
Also shown will be any checks that need to be signed off by yourself.
Dashboards
Dashboard configuration can be set via access rights to a Role or an individual, dashboards provide a snapshot of a module, or modules status on the individuals homepage when they log into Centrik.
