Menu Bar
The menu bar within Centrik contains several options.
Question Mark
When the Question Mark is clicked on the following options appear.
Learn Centrik – if clicked on the user is redirected to a learning tool within Centrik.
Contact Centrik Support - if clicked on the following popup appears.
Once this is populated and the ‘Send’ button is clicked, a ticket within our customer support team will be automatically created within Zendesk who will look to assist you with your query.
Find Centrik Admins – when clicked on, this will redirect you to the Contacts Module where a list of your internal Centrik Administrators will be displayed.
Speakerphone - When the Speaker Phone is clicked on followed by Announcements. This will redirect the user to a list of previous Announcements. The Announcements area is used to notify users of new versions of Centrik and any other Centrik News.
